About Steinhauer Productions

Steinhauer Productions was started with their first show 41 years ago by Sundra and Herman Steinhauer. The very first show was The Christmas Extravaganza held at the Covington Fairgrounds.

Sundra has always loved the arts. She painted and loved to be creative. These shows were an opportunity to be involved in this world and help other artist and craftsman have venues to sell their creations. The vendors as well as attendees are very important to the Steinhauer’s.

They believe their vendors, many of whom have been a part of the shows for a decade or more, are family. A show presenter can only promote shows.
Vendors make the show and keep people coming back year after year.

Sundra and Herman were married for 47 years. Sundra attended LSU and grew up in Baton Rouge. Herman attended SLU and grew up in Covington. They have been in Folsom for the greater part of their marriage. Herman passed away in 2025. They love their large family of 5 children (grown adults now) and 9 grandchildren. Some of their best days are spent with family, who have all grown up attending and participating in the show.
